Refund Policy

At Alliance Defence Training Academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational services and ensure transparency in our admission and fee payment process. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds, if applicable, are processed for our courses including NDA, NDA Foundation, CDSE, AFCAT, RIMC, SSC ETC.

• All fees paid at the time of admission, registration, or during the course are non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be granted in specific cases where a refundable amount has been clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing at the time of admission.
• Any refundable amount shared during admission will be returned strictly as per the terms discussed and documented.

Refunds will NOT be applicable under the following circumstances:

• Withdrawal, discontinuation, or dropout by the student after admission
• Absence, lack of participation, or failure to attend classes, training sessions, or examinations
• Request for refund citing a change in personal circumstances (relocation, financial constraints, medical issues, etc.)
• Cases where the student is dismissed due to disciplinary reasons or violation of institutional rules

• If at the time of admission, a specific refundable deposit or amount has been communicated, it will be refunded as per the timeline and conditions explained during admission.
• Refund claims are processed only when the student/guardian submits a written request along with relevant admission documents.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through bank transfer/cheque/online payment in the name of the student or guardian as per institutional records.
• The processing may take up to 15–30 working days from the date of approval.
